Returns Policy & Cancellations

If the products you receive are faulty, they may be returned to FridgeShop.net. The safe return of faulty products are the responsibility of the consumer and must be returned in their original packaging. Returns are made at the customers expense. If a refund is requested by the customer it will be made less the Postage and Packaging costs. If a replacement is requested it will be dispatched at our expense.  Orders can be cancelled any time prior to dispatch. All products carry a six month guarantee from the date of order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

FridgeShop.net accepts Visa, Master Card, Switch, Delta, JCB, Solo, PayPal and Nochex. FridgeShop.net uses Velocity Merchant Services to carry out your payment transaction. Your credit card details are transmitted directly to their secure server which uses 128 bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption to process card transactions from our website, having the same high standard as Internet banking. Payment details are captured within their Services secure EPDQ infrastructure and therefore you have 100% security and confidence. At no time do FridgeShop.net see any details of your credit/debit card.

VAT

We are not required to be registered for VAT, so VAT is not charged.
